A self-serving announcement from Ian Angus
C&C recently announced that my book, The Global Fight for Climate Justice, is available for purchase from various online bookstores, including Amazon and Barnes and Noble. You can also order it through your local independent bookstore.
Following that announcement, I received several emails from people who wanted to buy it directly from the source. The writers offered two different reasons:
- Some prefer not to give their credit card numbers to a big online operation.
- And some wanted me to autograph their copy.
I am really not set up to handle mail order sales of any kind. I can’t accept credit cards or PayPal or any of those cool high-tech thingies. But since you’ve asked so nicely, I will sell it directly to C&C users who are willing to pay in advance.
For Canada and the U.S., the price is $25 for the book and $8.00 for shipping and handling. Total: $33.00 in Canadian funds for orders to Canada, $33.00 in U.S. funds for orders to the U.S.
For other countries, the postage rates are absurd and the time-to-deliver is ridiculous, but if you insist, the total price will be US$40.00.
