		<description>Cuba is a role model for the rest of us in terms of sustainable use of natural resources. I just worry that the increasing perennial drought conditions here in Australia will make it difficult for us to transit from oil based fertilizer food production to permaculture.  You need water too, as well as healthy soil....</description>
