		<description>The total energy in all known reserves of coal, oil and gas is equivalent to the amount of solar energy that falls on the earth&#039;s surface in 11 days.

The only reason that we continue to use fossil fuel is cost. It is very cheap because most of the real cost (to the envionment) is externalised. If ever there was a case for market intervention on a grand scale this is it.</description>
