They are, however, just further to the Left than some of the more "moderate" Leftists, but still in the same camp. The Right (Conservatives) by contrast, are generally much more liberal and progressive than those who falsely describe themselves by those terms. That's not to say that some of the goals of the Left are bad, or that all of those on the Right are good. It's just that it will be harder to sort that out if one is confused about who they are, and only react to superficial descriptive terms without thinking about the issues in depth.
