		<description>Phil deserves enormous credit for contributing to the ecosocialist orientation of the FI...a big gain for all of us committed to ecology and socialism.

I think by the way, the decision of Castro to get concerned with ecology around the time of the 1992 Rio conference was key to promoting eco socialism amongst those from another Marxist tradition.

Of course some of us with Green Parties have been pushing ecosocialism since the 1980s.
